Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time by emailing enquiries@alfresco-kitchens.com.
5. Who we share your information with
We never sell your personal information. We share it only with organisations that help us run our business, and only as much as they need:
- Website hosting and maintenance: [Hosting provider] hosts our website and form submissions. Loots Media, our website developer, has technical access to maintain the site.
- Email and business systems: [Email provider] and [CRM / mailing tool] store our correspondence and client records.
- Analytics and advertising (only with your consent): Google (Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager) and Meta (Facebook and Instagram).
- Project partners: the manufacturers, suppliers and installers we work with on your project, who receive the details needed to deliver and fit it.
- Professional advisers and authorities: our accountants, insurers and legal advisers, and public authorities where the law requires it.
These organisations must keep your information secure and may only use it to provide services to us.
6. International transfers
Some of our service providers process information outside the UK. Google and Meta process data in the United States, and our website developer is based in South Africa. Where this happens, we make sure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the ICO’s International Data Transfer Agreement and Addendum. You can ask us for details of these safeguards.
7. How long we keep your information
| Type of information | How long we keep it |

| Client project records | 7 years after the project is completed, for warranty, tax and accounting purposes |
| Marketing preferences | Until you unsubscribe; we then keep a record of your opt-out so we don’t contact you again |
| Cookie data | As set out in our Cookie Policy |
When we no longer need your information, we delete it securely or anonymise it.
8. How we protect your information
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) on our website, access controls on our systems, and security monitoring on our website. Only staff and partners who need your information can access it.
9. Your rights
Under UK data protection law, you have the right to:
- Access a copy of the personal information we hold about you
- Rectification of information that is inaccurate or incomplete
- Erasure of your information in certain circumstances
- Restrict how we use your information in certain circumstances

To use any of these rights, email enquiries@alfresco-kitchens.com. You don’t have to pay a fee. We’ll respond within one month, and we may ask you to confirm your identity first.
10. Cookies
